Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park is a small family/all ages park with 28 mobile homes and one historic single family home. The park is located in Pollock Pines, CA, a small town of less than 7,000 (2010 Census), located about 15 minutes from Placerville, and about 50 miles west of South Lake Tahoe and 50 miles east of Sacramento. SPACE RENT for new residents is $550/month plus utilities.
We are always looking for new long term Mobile Home residents.
WHEN WE HAVE AVAILABLE LOTS, WE OFFER APPROVED TENANTS THE FOLLOWING INCENTIVES; (Not available for RV’s)
We have no empty lots at this time.
Offers below are not available for the new homes offered for sale by the park (home pricing is the incentive to move to Whispering Pines MHP).
- Already own a Mobile Home? -or- Do you plan to buy a new mobile home?
- Approved applicants will receive a $2,500 credit towards transport and/or setup, paid after the home has been placed in the park and approved for occupancy by the HCD.
- Approved applicants will also receive 6 months RENT FREE after placing a new mobile home at our park, with a minimum of 5 year lease.
